Hola, kaixo, egun on. Porqué las muchas empresas que cierran o puedan cerrar (quizás presión fiscal y estatal ad maximum...?) no podrían hacer esto? : ofrecer las acciones a 0€ a los trabajadores que quieran mantener activas las mismas, constituyendo empresas cooperativas? 

Por otro lado, nosotros queremos crear una empresa de Conocimiento con sede fiscal en Baztan EuroRegion NEA, han escuchado algo en los medios?. Antes de 2030?

*ya nos hemos reunido con los gobiernos Vasco y Navarro y falta el de Aquitania aún, y no buscamos dineros públicos, nunca lo haremos, muy delicado eso...

Eso si, creemos que quizás los líderes sociales que trabajan en los entes de distintos niveles de gobierno podrían estar por la labor de promocionar nuestra idea, que, además de sede fiscal en NEA, promete utilizar la Red de PyMEs de toda la EuroRegion... Activando un poco más estas economias.
